Anatomical Searchlight-based Analysis

The AnatSearchlight toolbox provides a framework to run searchlight-based multivariate pattern analysis (MVPA) on fMRI data. The toolbox supports both volume and surface-based searchlight definition.

The toolbox is meant to be complementary to the existing RSA Python toolbox, allowing the application of RSA functions in a searchlight manner.
