Searchlight index Anatomical Searchlight-based Analysis ======================================= The AnatSearchlight toolbox provides a framework to run searchlight-based multivariate pattern analysis (MVPA) on fMRI data. The toolbox supports both volume and surface-based searchlight definition. The toolbox is meant to be complementary to the existing `RSA Python toolbox `_, allowing the application of RSA functions in a searchlight manner.
