Example notebooks

The following example notebooks demonstrate how to use AnatSearchlight for volume-based and surface-based searchlight analyses.

Notebooks 1 & 2 show basic usage of the SearchlightVolume and SearchlightSurface classes, respectively. Notebook 1 additionally demonstrates how to run a representational similarity analysis (RSA) in a volume-based searchlight.
